Very pale straw, almost water like colour with water like hue. Lifted aromas of gooseberry, spice and citrus with a hint of confectionary. Good texture with flavours of ripe and unripe gooseberry, citrus and spice. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of citrus, spice and gooseberry.
