Opaque, black dark purple colour with deep, dark red purple hue. The nose is quite reserved with aromas of inky blackberry, plum, liquorice and spice emerging. Youthful and spicy the palate displays generous flavours of inky blackberry, liquorice and confectionary followed by a spicy back palate. Fine grained, slightly dryish but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, inky blackberry and spice.
