The Marsanne vines at Tahbilk, planted in 1927 are arguably the oldest in the world. This is a delightful, fresh young white that has been elevaged in stainless steel.
Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aromas of pear, citrus and honeysuckle. Good mouth feel with favours of ripe peach, honeysuckle and spice followed by a hint of citrus. Clean dry fnish with long aftertaste of ripe peach, citrus and spice.
Drink now or cellar 4-5 years to further develop complexity (2010-2015)
