Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. Lime and citrus aromas dominate the nose and are followed by a touch of spice. Flavours of lime, green apple and spice with some underlying minerality. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lime, spice and citrus.
