2009 Signatory Vintage The Un-Chillfiltered Collection Edradour 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

We have a small number of this deeply coloured Edradour, reportedly from a single Oloroso Sherry cask, bottled non chill filtered as a point of difference to the standard 10 year old release. What'smore, the independent bottler 'Signatory' is based at Edradour Distillery, so you can be sure they've had first choice for this selection! (Previous editions have been sherry bombs). Distilled in early 2009 and left to mature for 10 years before being bottled at 46% ABV in November 2019. As always, very limited.
