From first-fill oloroso butts, it’s a dram that's said to ooze sherried richness and structure, so the distillery character will likely be a bit buried. Other reviews... Nose: Very nice sweet forest berries. Later, the fresh raspberries really stood out to me. Taste: The perfect sweetness is balanced by the sharpness of the pepper (chilli).
