Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose displays good intensity with aromas of herbaceous grassy gooseberry, citrus, lime and mineral. The palate delivers plenty of flavour whilst still possessing Sancerre’s leaner mouthfeel. Gooseberry, mineral and citrus flavours with a dry flinty finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry, citrus and flinty mineral.
