2009 Peter Lehmann Layers Dry White

Produced from a blend of Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Semillon, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. Lifted floral notes followed by aromas of citrus, lime and spice. The palate displays good mouthfeel and texture, however, the acidity is a little soft giving the wine a sense of broadness. Flavours of lime, tropical fruit and peach with a touch of citrus on the back palate. Soft acidity. Moderate aftertaste of ripe peach, lime and citrus. A broad simple quaffer.
