A blend of 36% Riesling, 30% Chenin Blanc and 20% Semillon sourced from the Barossa along with a 14% Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc component. Bright pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. Light aromas of apple and pear with a hint of spice. The palate displays flavours of freshly cut apple, spice and a twist of lemon. Clean dry finish with moderate aftertaste of apple and pear.
