2009 Paul Conti Marginiup Shiraz

Opaque black dark crimson red purple colour with deep very dark purple hue. Aromas of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate and liquorice followed by some toasty vanillin like end notes showing good intensity. Richly textured the palate is filled with opulent ripe fruit flavours of blackberry and dark plum followed by some chocolate bullets and vanillin spice. Velvet smooth tannins with long ripe blackberry, dark plum, liquorice and vanillin spice aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
