Wine maker Lindsay McCall is one of the Stars of the Mornington Peninsula. His Pinot Noir collection is expressive and as good as the best of New Zealand.
Excellent depth displaying a deep dark red black colour and dark crimson red hue. Perfumed aromas of ripe dark cherries, dark plum and anise evolve from the glass followed by some subtle cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate is endowed with plenty of richness possessing flavours of ripe dark cherry and dark plum followed by a touch of anise and some spicy cedar. Magnificent concentration and power. Solidly built but very fine grained tannins finishing with a very long dark ripe cherry, dark plum, anise and spice aftertaste.Cellar 5-6 years (2018-2019)

Clear, full crimson, with a depth few mainland pinots can aspire to; flooded with dark plum and black cherry fruit, new French oak an integral part of the palate, but not dominant, fine-grained tannins underwriting the future of the wine. Drink by 2018.
