Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. The nose displays delicate aromas of pear, green apple and citrus followed by some light cashew and stony mineral like notes. Light and crunchy the palate delivers flavours of pear, cashew and wet stones with a crisp mineral infused finish. Good length with medium to long aftertaste of pear, cashew and stony mineral.
