Semi translucent crimson red mauve colour with mauve crimson hue. Aromas of dark cherry, strawberry and spice. Relatively simple flavour profile of sour cherry, strawberry and spice with light body weight. Moderate power wave. Slightly dry, but fine grained tannins with aftertaste of sour cherry and spice.
