Made from a blend of 64% Sauvignon Blanc and 36% Semillon. Very pale straw colour with water like hue. Lifted herbaceous notes of green grass and unripe gooseberry followed by some vegative notes. The palate displays herbaceous flavours of unripe gooseberry, citrus and spice finishing quite dry. Clean crisp acidity with herbaceous aftertaste of unripe gooseberry and citrus.
