Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. Nosing provides an intense sniff of blackcurrant, dark chocolate and mint followed by some cedar and spice. Full bodied flavours of ripe blackcurrant and dark chocolate combine with a mint overlay followed by some cedar and spice on the back palate. Slightly grippy but relatively fine grained tannins provide ample support for the wines richness. Long ripe blackcurrant, mint and spicy cedar aftertaste.
