2009 Linke Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with deep very dark red hue. Very ripe black plum jam and liquorice top notes are followed by some dark chocolate and raisin like nuances. The palate is very rich, full and concentrated with flavours of dark ripe plum jam, dark chocolate, liquorice, very ripe blackberry and spice. Voluptous mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of liquorice, ripe dark plum jam, dark chocolate and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
