Everybody knows Islay whiskies are synonymous for their peaty and smoky richness. The spirit from this undisclosed distillery was matured in a refill hogshead and then finished in a first fill ex-Oloroso Sherry cask. The outturn was 320 bottles. 54.4% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
