Outstanding opaque black purple colour with deep black purple hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of inky blackberry and dark plum followed by some liquorice and a touch of spice. Medium to full bodied the palate displays youthful plummy flavours followed by blackberry and spice. The acidity is a touch high resulting in a clipped finish. Fine grained, slightly dryish but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, plum and spice.
