Brilliant very pale straw colour, almost water like with watery hue. The nose is a touch subdued with aromas of lime and orange rind emerging followed by some citrus as an end note. The palate displays flavours of lime, citrus and talc with good underlying minerality. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
