Matured for 9 months in French oak of which 40% was new. Brilliant pale straw colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays good lift with top notes of white peach followed by some tropical fruits, light cashew and spice. The palate possesses a soft creamy texture counter balanced by good acid structure. Flavours of white peach, biscuit, spicy oak and cashew with a light toast overlay. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of white peach and spicy cashew.
