Bright pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. Aromas of melon, peach and spice. Palate flavours of peach and melon are followed by some spice and mineral back palate flavours. Clean dry very crisp acid finish, the acidity being a touch high. Aftertaste of melon, peach and spice.
