Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose is quite aromatic with lifted top notes of lime and citrus followed by some orange rind and mineral. The palate displays mouthfilling flavous of lemon, lime and orange rind with a dry steely mineral infused finish. Crisp acidity with long aftertaste of lime, orange rind and steely mineral.
