Produced from a blend of 55% Clare Valley Semillon and 45% Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant water like colour with a straw tinge and water like hue. Aromas of lime and unripe gooseberry with some citrus mineral background notes. The palate displays some herbaceous characters with flavours of citrus, unripe gooseberry and mineral with a very dry clean crisp finish. Long herbaceous gooseberry citrus and mineral aftertaste.
