A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec and 5% Merlot. Totally opaque inky black dark red colour with a very deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose presents aromas of blackcurrants, earthy cedar, black olive, tobacco and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate features rich blackcurrant flavours which dominate over a background of earth, cedar, tobacco, subtle black olive and spice. Dryish finish with still relatively firm, solidly built tannins imparting some chewiness on the finish. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, dusty cedar, tobacco, black olive and spice.
