Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge and water like hue. Aromas of tropical fruit, orange blossom and lime. Mouthfilling palate flavours of ripe limes, orange blossom and spice followed by some mineral overtones. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of ripe limes, mandarin and mineral.
Drink now or cellar a further 3-4 years (2010-2014).
