Brilliant very pale straw colour, almost water like, with watery hue. Aromas of lime and citrus with a hint of orange rind. The palate is dominated by flavours lime and citrus with some minerally slate like characters on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
