This elegant and spicy shiraz was matured in old French oak for 12 months. Opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple hue. Aromas of ripe blackberry, dark plum, liquorice and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate displays flavours of dark plum, black raspberry and liquorice with some spicy characters on the back palate. Fine grained, slightly chalky tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and spice.
