Very pale straw almost water like colour with a tinge of green and watery hue. Delicate aromas of citrus, pear and mineral. Light palate flavours of citrus, green apple and mineral with a clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of mineral, spice and lime. Good acid backbone bodes well for extended cellaring.
