2009 Dalwhinnie Moonambel Cabernet

Opaque black dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays refined aromas of dark mulberries, cedar, some tobacco cigar box like characters and spice. Elegant yet possessing a solid tannic backbone the palate has flavours of blackcurrant, dark mulberry, cedar, earth and spice. Dryish finish with firmish yet balanced tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, dark mulberry, earthy cedar and spice.
