2009 Dalrymple Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson red colour with crimson mauve hue. Perfumed aromas of dark cherries, plum and light anise followed by some spicy cedar. Light to medium weight the palate delivers flavours of dark cherries, plum, spice and cedar. Good power wave with very fine grained although slightly dryish tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of dark cherries, plum, some earthy meat like characters and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2014-2015).
Alc 13.0%
