Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays intense aromas of orange rind followed by lime, citrus and spice. Mouthfilling palate flavours of lime, citrus and orange rind followed by some spicy characters on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of orange rind, lime, spice and mineral.
