Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose is quite herbaceous with grassy unripe gooseberry and tropical fruit aromas showing good intensity with some confectionary background notes. The palate reflects the nose with some upfront ripe gooseberry flavours followed by some herbaceous unripe gooseberry and citrus which run through to the finish. Clean crisp acidity with very dry grassy citrus aftertaste.
