Brilliant very pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of lime and ripe apple followed by some honeysuckle. The palate displays good weight and mouthfeel with flavours of ripe lime, apple and citrus with a touch of spice on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of ripe lime, citrus and spice.
Drink now or cellar 4-5 years (2010-2015).
