A ripe spicy Chenin Blanc and one of the best examples of the varietal that we’ve seen in quite some time.
This unwooded Chenin Blanc displays a pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge and pale straw hue. Aromas of Jonathan apple, tropical fruits and spice displaying good intensity. The palate delivers a mouthfilling texture with an abundance of flavour – ripe Jonathan apple, pear, tropical fruit and spice flavours. Excellent weight and concentration. Clean crisp finish with long aftertaste of Jonathan apple, pear and spice. Drink now (2009)
