2009 Barossa Valley Estate Shiraz

Opaque deep dark red black colour with dark red hue. On the nose scents of dark plum are followed by some liquorice, vanilla, earth and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate exhibits flavours of ripe blackberry and dark plum with some underlying vanillin spice and a touch of earth. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, dark plum and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
