Matured for 11 months in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays impressive intensity with aromas of white peach, dried honey, cashew and spicy oak. Medium weight, the palate is slightly lighter than the 2008 and does not possess the same level of richness. Flavours of white peach and melon are followed by some cashew and spice.
