Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose is already showing signs of development with toasty top notes followed by some lime, citrus and spice. The palate possesses good acidity with an almost steel like structure. Flavours of citrus, toast and lime. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of toast, citrus and spice.
