Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose is showing some early signs of development with some toast characters beginning to emerge. Ripe lime and lemon aromas with a toasty overlay. The palate displays flavours of lime, tropical fruit and citrus with some toast on the back palate. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of lime, citrus and toast.
