2008 Victory Point Chardonnay

Bright straw pale gold colour with very pale straw hue. The nose displays good aromatic lift with aromas of white peach, cashew and spicy toasted oak followed by a hint of honeycomb and nougat. Quite full the palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of white peach, toasty oak and spice followed by some honeycomb and nutty roast almond like characters on the back palate. Almost creamy like texture with a clean dry finish. Aftertaste of toasty oak, spice, honeycomb and roasted almonds.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
