This blend is made up of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Lifted nose of gooseberry, tropical fruit and spice, showing good varietal character. The palate has good weight and depth of flavour – with a lively acid backbone. Flavours of lemon, gooseberry and tropical fruit are evident over a grassy background. Aftertaste of gooseberry and tropical fruit.
