Deep dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose exhibits liquorice, dark plum and toasty oak aromas over some subtle leather and spice. Medium weight but generous and joosy the palate displays a flavour profile of liquorice, ripe dark cherries and prominent toasty oak with some spice on the back palate. Soft very fine grained tannins with aftertaste of liquorice, toasty oak and spice.
