2008 Trevor Jones Reserve Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays aromas of lemon, lime and spice with a light toasty overlay. The palate delivers intense flavours of lemon and lime followed by some toast characters with a razor sharp acid backbone. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime, mineral and light toast.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
