2008 Toolangi Shiraz

Aged in French oak barriques for 12 months. Deep dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays ripe plummy top notes, a touch of liquorice, toasty oak and spice. Generous ripe palate flavours of dark plum and some liquorice supported by toasty oak and finishing with a touch of spice on the back palate. Fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark plum, liquorice and toasty oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
