A blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Mataro. Totally opaque black dark red colour with very deep dark red black hue. Aromas of black plum, dark chocolate, blackberry and vanilla. Full bodied with ripe generous flavours of blackberry, dark plum and liquorice allsorts followed by some spice. Opulent texture with velvet smooth tannin structure. Long aftertaste of ripe blackberry, dark plum and spice.
