This wine was partially fermented in French barriques and matured for 9 months on-lees with regular stirring with no malo-lactic fermentation. Bright pale straw colour with very slight greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. Subtle aromas of peach, spice and melon followed by a hint of toast. Medium weight with flavours of peach, spice, tropical fruit and melon. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste with aftertaste of peach, spice and melon
