The fruit for this wine is sourced from an established vineyard at Kings Creek. Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with deep mauve hue. Aromas of anise, dark cherry, cedar and spice followed by a touch of mint. The palate displays good weight and richness with flavours of ripe dark cherry, anise and dark plum with a spicy finish, delivering an excellent power wave. Velvet smooth tannins with long aftertaste of spice, dark plum and ripe dark cherry.
