Matured for 15 months in French oak. Semi translucent crimson red mauve colour with mauve hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of violets, dark cherry and spice with a hint of anise as an end note. Light to medium weight palate with flavours of dark cherry, anise and spice. Good power wave with very fine grained well integrated tannins and long aftertaste of dark cherry, anise and spice.
