This fresh fruit driven Shiraz was produced from a blend of 89% Shiraz, 7% Viognier and 4% Malbec and was matured for 6 months in older French oak. Deep purple crimson colour with purple crimson hue. Aromas of freshly crushed blackberries, dark cherries and confectionary. Youthful medium to full bodied palate flavours of blackberry, spice and liquorice displaying moderate length. Fine grained, slightly dry tannins with aftertaste of liquorice, confectionary and spice. A very youthful Margaret River Shiraz.
