2008 Ross Estate Single Vineyard Riesling

An excellent example of Barossa Riesling, produced form 40 year old vines. Bright pale straw colour with pale water like hue. Strong aromatic varietal lift with a lime top note followed by orange blossom and lemon. Lime and lemon palate flavours overlay a subtle tropical fruit back palate. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lime, lemon and tropical fruit.
