2008 Richmond Grove Limited Release Watervale Riesling

Pale straw colour with greenish tinge and pale straw hue. The wine is already beginning to show signs of development with aromas of toast, citrus and a hint of kerosene. The palate displays flavours of citrus, toast and lime followed by some spice back palate characters with good underlying steely mineral like acid backbone. Dry finish with long aftertaste of citrus, lime and spice. The wine is in a transition stage.
